Tempo, the para-sports show, brings positive life and sports stories about para-athletes every month. They monitor domestic and international competitions with a camera, in which Slovenians also compete for the top places. The contributions also talk a lot about the importance of sports for the disabled. Sport is the bridge of socialization that improves the quality of life for (young) disabled people.

Hosted by well-known Slovenian para-athletes
The show, which brings rich content and stories from parasports, is hosted by two Slovenian para-athletes: paraclimber Manca Smrekar and paracyclist Anej Doplihar.
At least one young athlete with a disability is presented in detail in each show, and current events in the field of parasports in Slovenia are also presented.
The show often presents the stories of successful para-athletes, their achievements and paths to success, their training and preparation for competitions. One of the important roles of the Tempo show is also informing the public about parasports and promoting the inclusion of disabled people in sports activities.
The show “Tempo” thus plays a key role in promoting parasports and athletes with disabilities in Slovenia, and contributes to greater awareness and acceptance of diversity in sports.
Show is financing by NPC Slovenia, due to its awareness-raising role and current information about parasports in the country, the program is directly supported by the sponsors of the Slovenian Paralympic Committee, Toyota and Lidl Slovenia, and is also co-financed by the Slovenian Sports Foundation.
The show is named after the parasport anthem
The show got its name from the parasports anthem written for the Slovenian para-athletes by the well-known Slovenian rapper Trkaj, who called the anthem Ta tempo (This tempo) – https://youtu.be/Pjk588L9X2I – and has followed the Slovenian para-athletes since the Paralympic Games in Tokyo.
